Shipping Terms & Conditions

Secession Art & Design ships all available work on website in 3-5 business days from the time of order via FedEx Ground. Shipments are insured for the retail value of the item.        

Express shipping is available for additional fees. Editions of art are made at the time of order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for our artists to create your beautiful purchase. When a product is made to order an email will be sent to the buyer to communicate when an item will be shipped. Secession Art & Design is in San Francisco. If you would like to pick-up your purchase at the store please select this option from the shipping menu.  If you have any questions about our collection, please contact us at 415 279-3058.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final at Secession Art & Design’s online store and San Francisco location. We do honor size exchange for clothing, and we can accept returns for store credit only. If you have any questions or concerns prior to ordering, please email us at eden@secessionsf.com, or call 415 279-3058. We work directly with our artists, and push ourselves to make quality products. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Inquiries about return or shipping damage must be made within 10 days from the date your order was marked delivered. There are no refunds on gift certificates.

If a purchase is damaged during shipping please contact us, and send a digital image via email documenting the damage. A FEDEX  return shipping label will be sent to you. Once a damaged purchase is received by our staff at Secession, a new piece will be shipped in 1-3 weeks depending on availability. One of a kind art may take 3-6 weeks. If the issue cannot be remedied then a full refund for your purchase will be made at this time.

Secession Art & Design is committed to your security and will never sell, lease or share your information with any others. We use your information to confirm and complete orders, contact you if we have any questions regarding your order and keep you updated through email blasts and promotions.  You can unsubscribe to our email list at any time by sending an email to secessionsf@gmail with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
